Infinity ADHC is providing daily care by our excellent and professionally trained staff.

Activities

A wide range of activities to increase physical, mental, and social well-being.

Classes

Our center offers a range of classes for all individuals and their needs.

Nursing

Our nursing staff coordinates with the primary care physician to meet each client's health needs.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapist will work with you to improve your activities for daily living (ADLs).

Nutritional Counseling

A licensed Dietitian will discuss meal preference for each client to create a healthy and delicious meal plan.

Outings

Field trips and outings, including weekly grocery shopping with our participants.

Person Centered Planning

A multidisciplinary team works with each individual to create a personal care plan.

Physical Therapy

An individualized exercise plan to improve each client's physical health.

Translation

A diverse center with several languages spoken by participants and staff.

Social Services

Medical Social Workers help clients optimize their mental and emotional health.
